Attorney J.Y. Kang and Attorney Vince Buckmelter have more than 30 years of experience each practicing law in Colorado. Attorney Kang gained admittance to the Colorado Bar in 1993. He served as a deputy district attorney for six years and gained a wealth of trial experience and insight into the criminal justice system. Afterward, he started his private practice, J.Y. Kang PC, and has now advocated for countless individuals in criminal and personal injury cases.
Attorney Buckmelter was born and raised in Denver and graduated from Denver University’s Law School in 1993. He began practicing shortly after and served as a deputy district attorney, prosecuting a variety of criminal offenses. After five years, he started a private practice, Buckmelter, LLC, and has since fought for numerous clients facing criminal charges or seeking just compensation for injuries.
Together, Attorney Kang and Attorney Buckmelter have represented well over 10,000 individuals in Colorado. They are committed to being a resource for people in the state who have found themselves in difficult situations.
